Terms & Conditions
  1. The Alverton II is located in Sangotedo, off the Lekki-Epe Express way, beside Fara park Estate.
  2. The root Title is C of O (Certificate of Occupancy), while Governor’s Consent is registered.
  3. A contract of sale and a receipt of payment will be issued when a deposit is made.
  4. The subscriber shall be entitled to a survey plan, a deed of assignment, signed form IC and estate covenant upon completion of full payment as the final Title documents.
  5. Allocation of unit(s) to subscriber shall take place upon completion of payment.
  6. The prices of the Alverton II can be seen in the table above.
  7. The sum of ₦7,500,000 (Seven Million Five Hundred Thousand Naira Only) for Development levy, Survey and Documentation fee is already included in the total cost of the property.
  8. Should you choose to sell your housing unit(s), you shall be required to pay a token (ratification fee), for our acknowledgment of the new subscriber (third party).
  9. In the event that you fail to make the scheduled payment or breach any of the installment payment obligations, Ragnarok Property Development Limited shall reserve the right to terminate the contract and your money refunded within 180 days less 20% administrative fee.
  10. You will be required to pay an annual service charge which shall cover maintenance of common utilities and common areas within the estate. This fee is reviewable subject to inflation rate.
  11. All payment should be made to RAGNAROK PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT LIMITED.
